About Lulu
Lulu is an enchanter support who warps fights through shields, polymorph, bonus health, and constant movement manipulation that either enables a carry or completely ruins a diver's entry. She is exceptional at making one ally hard to kill and hard to reach, but she is fragile, short-ranged for an enchanter, and easy to punish when she steps too far forward to force poke or crowd control.
