Pick Ekko when the enemy team has vulnerable backliners, limited hard lockdown, and enough side-map openings for flanks or picks. He fits well in drafts that want a magic-damage threat capable of diving after someone else starts the fight. Ekko also makes sense when your team can create messy skirmishes where his mobility and reset timing shine.
