Pick Nidalee when your lanes can move early and your draft wants to invade, contest camps, and snowball through tempo rather than wait for full five-on-five fights. She is especially strong with solo lanes that provide easy setup for spears and cougar follow-up. Nidalee also fits compositions that need early AP pressure from jungle without sacrificing mobility.

Do not give Nidalee uncontested first clears or open river control, because that is where her pace becomes overwhelming.
