About Hwei
Hwei is a versatile artillery-control mage who adapts fights through a large spell palette, layering poke, zone denial, crowd control, and burst depending on what the moment requires. He is exceptional at shaping battlefield flow from range, but he is immobile and very punishable when his spell choice is slow, indecisive, or made from the wrong position.
